Haiyan Zhang, Ph.D., is a researcher with the Kenexa High Performance Institute, studying employee attitudes and behaviors with the Institute’s WorkTrends™ survey of 35,000 employees worldwide. Her areas of expertise include survey design and research, recruitment and selection, organizational justice, and cross-cultural human resources management. She has presented and published research findings at various international conferences and professional journals.
Dr. Zhang received a doctorate in Human Resources Management from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada and a master’s degree in Economics from Renmin University, Beijing, China. Prior to her doctoral study, Dr. Zhang worked as Vice General Manager of Tianjin Hi-Tech Consulting, where she led large research and management consulting projects.
