Ines Wichert, Ph.D., is a Senior Psychologist at the Kenexa High Performance Institute with a special interest in talent management and female leadership development. She has worked as a management consultant advising leading global organizations on their talent issues for over a decade. Before joining Kenexa, Dr. Wichert worked as a consultant at SHL People Solutions for eight years, where she advised global clients on their assessment, development and talent needs. She has extensive experience in scoping and delivering strategic client solutions, business development, internal team management and large-scale pan-European project management. Prior to SHL, she worked at a specialist HR consultancy firm specializing in competency design. Dr. Wichert has a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Cambridge, and is a member of the British Psychological Society and an active committee member of the European Professional Women’s Network. Her new book, “Where Are All the Senior Women? Nine Critical Job Assignments for Women Business Leaders,” is to be published by Palgrave Macmillan in October 2011.
