Nigel Guenole, Ph.D., serves as a Research Manager with the Kenexa High Performance Institute, where his work focuses on new product development, technical sales, product validation studies, and keeping consultants and clients apprised of best practice and new developments in the field of leadership. Dr. Guenole’s work has appeared in numerous academic journals including Organizational Research Methods, Personality and Individual Differences, Behavior and Therapy and International Journal of Selection and Assessment. He is a regular conference presenter at events such as the annual Academy of Management and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology conferences. He recently wrote a chapter for a new book on assessment centers edited by George Thornton and Nigel Povah. In addition to his role with Kenexa, Dr. Guenole is a lecturer in work psychology and program director for the Master of Science Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. He has a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Canterbury University, a master’s degree with First Class Honors in IO Psychology from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics from Massey University.
