New Development Tools

Harnessing tomorrow’s technology today, the Kenexa High Performance Institute is creating leadership development tools that use avatars, high levels of interactivity, mobile apps and social networking to improve leadership performance.

One of the Institute’s latest developments is a behavioural e-learning program.

Learners can develop vital behavioral skills from their desk, or while on the move. The learning takes place within a virtual classroom with a chance to learn and practice key skills, “discuss” ideas and get feedback.
