Originally launched 25 years ago in the U.S. and now encompassing 28 countries, WorkTrends is an annual survey of employee engagement, performance excellence and managerial effectiveness. It is one of the foremost benchmarking and employee insight tools available anywhere in the world today and now holds the views of more than 200,000 employees.
Harnessing tomorrow’s technology today, the Institute is creating leadership development tools that use avatars, high-levels of interactivity, mobile apps and social networking to improve leadership performance.
Diversity and equality are critical to organizational high performance and the Institute’s research will shed new light on the value of women in the workplace and why gender equality has yet to be achieved.
