The Institute harnesses the very latest thinking to research the key factors that build high organizational performance, and seeks to answer three fundamental questions:
- What are the factors that create high organizational performance?
- How do those factors interact with and moderate each other?
- How can organizations strengthen those factors to build high performance?
The Institute has a
multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, economists and researchers who work with Kenexa colleagues, academics and partners to create practical solutions for the business world.
Each year, the Kenexa High Performance Institute undertakes more than 10 new
research and development projects . Many involve Kenexa clients and link with academic institutions.
